The Polar Express - Revisited
"I'm, uh, real sorry about the bell." Billy said to me as he stopped to say goodbye. We had, unfortunately, reached the end of our enchanted train ride, and the magic was soon to be over. We clasped hands briefly, then let go. The girl next to me gave him a hug.
"Merry Christmas, Billy." She whispered.
Billy got off the train and spoke to the conductor for a moment before running to his house. It was decorated, complete with a tree in the living room. Before, the house had been dark, and somewhat foreboding. The conductor got back on, and the train began to move again. Billy came running out of the house with the large present that we had l

Chris looked out his office window as the train pulled into the station.
It's almost that time, Chris thought to himself, I had better get ready to leave.
As Chris placed on his red longcoat he let his large hands run along the white fur trimming; the soft texture felt good to his hands, which were rough with several hundred years of worth of callous' from working with them, so that he could make all the children in the world happy, if just for a little while.

Christmas. My family has always celebrated it. Everyone gets all excited, but never any more than my dad. It's silly, how a grown man wakes up every Christmas morning, and instead of me and my little twin brothers waking each other up, it's always Dad. He's all giddy, and I can tell he'd rather rip open our presents than have us do it ourselves.
But my favorite part of Christmas is ten o' clock Christmas Eve. Every year, Dad gathers me, my brothers, mom, and Grandma into the foyer to tell us about a magical train called the Polar Express. He tells the exact same story every time; a boy who was starting to slip from his faith in Santa was vis

'Hm, she looks familiar,' I thought. I kept thinking about for a moment and then it hit me.
"What is it Vanessa?" Valerie asked.
"I think I might know who she is," I answered. I then got up and walked to her and began to talk to her.
"Hello."
"Can I help you?" the girl asked.
"Are you Brenda, with a DA account 'Hitomigreen15'?"
She then had a surprised look. "H-how did you know?"
"I'm Hikari-ChanluvsBill, Vanessa!"
I heard giggling in the back. "What's so funny Edgar?" I scowled.
"You really named you

"So are you coming or not?" the conductor asked.
I nodded and went on board. The train started moving as the conductor got on board and we went one cart back. As the door opened there were some kids sitting down on their seats and I recognize quite a few of them.
"No way!" I exclaimed, "Yara? Soka-Chan? Edgar?"
"Vanessa!" Yara and Soka-Chan exclaimed.
"Dude!" yelled Edgar, "You're in here too bruh-bruh?"
"Haha, yeah!" I then looked to my left. "Valerie, Toni!"
"Hey there!" said Valerie. I ran and sat next to my best friend and "El White Guy" as my brother would call him.
"Where's Diego?" Toni asked.
"Asleep."
"Jesus, he's a heavy sle
